What's included in the library?
Soft tissue routines, mobility sequences, stability and motor control work, and full movement prep combos — all organized by category and built around the positions and patterns that matter most. New content is added regularly.
How does the custom program work?
After you reach out, we'll have a conversation about your history, goals, and current movement quality. From there, a program is built specifically around your needs — not a template. It's updated monthly based on your progress and feedback.
Do I need equipment?
Most of the library content requires little to no equipment — a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and resistance band cover the majority of it. Gym-based programs will incorporate barbells, dumbbells, and cables, but bodyweight-only options are always available.
I'm already an in-person client. How does the member rate work?
Active in-person clients get access to the full Coached plan for $99/month. This gives you a program to follow between sessions, access to the full library, and direct messaging outside of your training sessions. Just mention it when you reach out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime. The goal is for the program to earn your continued investment every month, not lock you in.
